			Carla joined the ICR team in April of 2004 as Office Manager of our North Industrial Office. She brings with her an education in Adminstrative Studies as well as a diverse background with over ten years' of managerial experience in the retail and food service industries. Carla's friendly disposition, excellent interpersonal skills, and strong work ethic make her an excellent resource to the agents, staff members and the public.
