Donna Singbeil joined our ICR Commercial Real Estate in Property Management as of October 2006. 

 

She brings to ICR, a Para-legal background in Corporate and Real Estate Law of almost 30 years.  In the past 8 years, she has been involved with a local Saskatoon real estate property development company.  Donna has experience in residential and condominium properties in all aspects from acquisition, mortgage and leasing to Bylaw development and Board installment.  Her vast knowledge base with property development and conversion also includes assisting with developer and general contractor liaison on major commercial and residential renovations.  As such, she has become familiar with plumbing, electrical, structural and HVAC maintenance issues and repairs.

 

She will assist you in ongoing and efficient management of your property and welcomes your calls and questions.
