			In January 2006, Tatum joined the ICR Property Management Team. With extensive experience in the sales and service industry, Tatum brings with her a wide range of management and organizational skills that complement her strong work ethic. As a graduate of the University of Alberta's Political Science program, she possesses highly effective communication and analytical skills. These skills, coupled with a keen listening ability, help Tatum fully analyze situations and reach the best possible solutions for any challenge. Since joining the ICR Commercial Real Estate team Tatum has, among other tasks, taken on the development of management programs for new condominium complexes and enhanced those already in place. She has developed lasting relationships with her clients based on open and frank communications and provides them with the most satisfactory and cost-effective management of their investment. Tatum completed her Saskatchewan Real Estate Commission licensing, as required, in June 2006.
