		.	Jim Woytiuk
			Jim, a licensed commercial real estate agent since 1980, is a chartered member of the ICR Brokerage Team. He is a graduate of the University of Saskatchewan and holds a Bachelor of Commerce, Bachelor of Science and Physical Education degrees. As well, Jim has taken various CCIM courses. Jim has provided office leasing services to both local and national clients including major insurance companies and financial institutions. He has also been active in acquisition and leasing for several local developers. Jim is the Secretary Treasurer for The Partnership, Saskatoon's Downtown Business Improvement District (BID).
