		.	Josh Walchuk
			Josh joined ICR’s sales team in 2004 shortly after obtaining his real estate license. His prior experience in sales was in the communication industry, which helped him gain an understanding of sales and customer service. He also has experience working in the construction industry, which has given him an understanding of building construction. Josh received his bachelor degree from the college of Commerce at the University of Saskatchewan with a major in Marketing. During his four years at the University of Saskatchewan Josh developed a keen interest in business, which brought him to the commercial real estate industry. Josh looks forward to building relationships with clients. His current focus at ICR is on retail and the commercial sector. He is also responsible for producing ICR’s 2004 Retail Survey.
