		.	Phill Elenko
			Phill started his career as a commercial real estate broker in 1980 and joined the commercial division of Ashford Realty in l988. He, along with three partners, acquired the commercial division and transformed it into ICR, the largest commercial brokerage company in Saskatchewan that operates offices in Regina and Saskatoon. Phill is President and a managing partner of ICR Brokerage Inc. and is Vice- President of ICR Property Management Inc., which currently manages and leases over one million sq feet of commercial property and 3500 condominium units. He is responsible for coordinating, motivating and providing leadership for the ICR companies. He is also responsible together with Mr. Ron Ritchie for the recruiting and training the company agents. Phill has provided arbitration, negotiation, evaluation and site selection services to many local and national tenants and owners. With a keen sense of timing and creative proficiency, Phill is consistently a Top Producer. His strength is in analyzing and promoting new developments and company listings. He has assembled many landmark projects in Saskatoon. Phill has been involved in developing and/or the marketing the following in Saskatoon: CP Station, Circle 8 Retail and Office Center, Canarama Center, River City Center, North Circle Plaza, Western Plaza, The Landing, Buckwold Warehouse, site selection for HongKong Bank of Canada, Bayside Center, and the office conversion redevelopment of 261 1st Avenue warehouse, other locations include the Melfort Mall; Melfort, Lloydminster Credit Union Center; Lloydminster.
