			Ron started his commercial real estate career in 1982 and was instrumental in founding the commercial division of Ashford Realty in 1987. He, along with three partners, acquired the commercial division and transformed it into ICR Ashford, the largest commercial brokerage in Saskatchewan Ron's commercial real estate experience is enhanced by his construction background. His expertise in the acquisition and development of land is confirmed by his ongoing successes and his steadily increasing base of both local and national clients. Ron is a valuable resource and a directing force in ICR Ashford as a managing partner of ICR Brokerage and President of ICR Property Management Inc.
