			After spending over six years in the service and transportation industry, Stacy joined ICR’s sales team. As a result of Stacy’s prior business experience, he has developed a strong working knowledge of the traffic volumes and patterns in Saskatoon. He has also spent extensive time in most warehouse and distribution centres in the City, which allows him to select and assess the ideal location for his clients quickly and accurately. He is a licensed Commercial Realtor with above average organizational skills and a strong desire to exceed his clients expectations. Stacy’s first project for ICR involved completing the 1999 retail survey for Saskatoon, which is one of ICR’s most comprehensive studies undertaken to date. Upon completion of the survey, Stacy possesses a strong working knowledge regarding retail trends, availability and absorption rates for the City of Saskatoon.
